ck34 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These terms govern your use of the ck34 platform. By registering or logging in, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ck34 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ck34 website, mobile interface, games, and betting services accessible at ck34.vu and its associated pages. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

ck34 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active account holders via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version currently published on this page supersedes all previous versions.

IMPORTANT: These Terms include provisions that affect your legal rights, including limitations of liability and dispute resolution procedures. Please read them carefully before depositing or wagering.

Eligibility and Account Registration

The ck34 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure you are legally permitted to use online gambling services in your jurisdiction before registering an account.

👤Eligibility Criteria

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. ck34 strictly prohibits access by minors and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
  • You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, bots, scripts, and automated players are not permitted to hold accounts.
  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
  • You may hold only one account on ck34. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the voiding of pending withdrawals.

🔑Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ck34 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
  • You must notify ck34 support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised. Contact us at [email protected].
  • ck34 reserves the right to lock or suspend an account pending investigation if unusual or suspicious activity is detected, without prior notice.

ck34 may at its sole discretion refuse to open an account, close an existing account, or limit account functionality for any player, including but not limited to players who have self-excluded, players whose verification documents cannot be authenticated, or players in restricted jurisdictions.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All monetary transactions on the ck34 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment-related terms apply to all account holders.

💳Deposit Terms

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. ck34 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.
  • Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.
  • ck34 reserves the right to apply source-of-funds checks on large or unusual deposits as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) days may result in account suspension.

🏧Withdrawal Terms

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
  • KYC identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not completed verification may deposit and wager but cannot withdraw until verification is approved.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard may be longer depending on the issuing bank.
  • ck34 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 within a single calendar month. This may extend processing time by up to five (5) business days.

ck34 is not a bank or financial institution. Account balances held on the Platform are gaming credits and not deposits in any regulatory sense. They do not accrue interest. ck34 takes reasonable steps to ensure player funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes, but makes no formal guarantee of fund segregation beyond what is disclosed in its published policies.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ck34 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

🎁General Bonus Conditions

  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly marked as "no wagering" in the specific promotion terms. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated on the promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed.
  • Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your ck34 account. Real-money balances are used for wagering before bonus funds unless you have no real-money balance, in which case bonus funds are used.
  • ck34 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void related winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a player has abused the promotion, including but not limited to holding multiple accounts, using a VPN to circumvent eligibility restrictions, or placing low-risk hedge bets to satisfy wagering requirements artificially.
  • Bonuses expire if not used within the time window stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.

ck34 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the promotion page or by email where reasonably practicable. Players who have already claimed a bonus before a change is announced will be subject to the terms that were in force at the time of the claim.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

By participating in any game or betting market on ck34, you agree to the following gameplay terms in addition to any game-specific rules published by the relevant game provider.

🎲Casino Games

  • All casino games (slots, live casino, crash games) use certified RNG or live-dealer technology supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. ck34 does not alter game mathematics or outcomes.
  • In the event of a technical failure during a casino game, the round outcome will be determined by the game provider's standard disconnection policy. Where a round cannot be resolved, stakes will be refunded to the player's real-money balance.
  • ck34 is not responsible for losses arising from a player choosing to continue playing during a known technical issue or degraded service condition after being informed of the issue.

🏏Sports Betting

  • All sports bets (including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other markets) are subject to the specific betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is final.
  • ck34 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where suspicious betting patterns are detected, or where a market has been compromised by integrity issues.
  • Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay for verification before acceptance. During this period, odds may change. If you do not accept the revised odds presented after the delay, the bet will not be placed.

Any winnings generated through gameplay are credited to your account balance and may be withdrawn subject to having met any applicable wagering requirements on those funds. ck34 does not cap maximum winnings on real-money play unless a specific maximum win is stated in the game or promotion rules at the time of the wager.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck34 platform. Breach of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

🚫Prohibited Actions

  • Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to access your account.
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or live casino games.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings gained through a known or suspected software error must be reported to support immediately and may be voided.
  • Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime in connection with the Platform, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means.

ck34 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ck34 may, without prior notice, suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawal, void open bets, and retain any balance pending investigation. If investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be permanently forfeited. ck34 will cooperate with law enforcement authorities on request.

Intellectual Property and Privacy

All content on the ck34 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ck34 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from ck34.

ck34 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected]. ck34 will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

Limitation of Liability and Changes to Terms

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck34 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ck34 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ck34's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ck34 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, market, or the Platform as a whole at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. Where a platform-wide service interruption affects settled bets or open positions, ck34 will endeavour to resolve affected transactions fairly but cannot guarantee resolution in all circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party provider outages, payment network failures, or force majeure events.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our support team should be escalated in writing to [email protected]. ck34 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 28 days of receiving a written complaint.
